I purchased two sets of the 24 inch stools (4 stools) for my kitchen. A few days later I had 20 guest come over. I was nervous about using the stools after reading some of the reviews but they held up great. I had people from 125lbs to 300lbs use the stools and no one fell on the floor. The stools did not wiggle either. Maybe the company fixed this problem or perhaps some people have uneven floors and never noticed. The one thing I want to mention is that the color saids Antique Walnut but it's more in the cherry family. I have an Antique Walnut dining room and it's a different shade. The stools match my Brazilian hardwood cherry floors very well. It's almost the same exact color as the floors. I love the color because of this. I shopped around for stools and this is a great buy for the price plus some of my guest complimented the look of the stools. I am happy with my purchase and I would reccommend these stools to any friend or family member.
Update 1 month later: When I have my back windows open letting in natural light I do notice the chairs are a little bit more on the brownish side or walnut colored. When I have the window shades down and use my house lighting then the chair looks more cherry. Either way it's still nice and I haven't had any wobbling yet. |

| I used them at kitchen island for casual use if friends or neighbors come over since there is not enough space to put full-sized high back chair, they serve this purpose perfectly. It's light and sturdy, easy to move. |

| These stools were about what I expected for the price. I needed not too expensive stools for the grandkids to use at the breakfast bar. Color is much lighter than shown, which was a surprise. I would have preferred darker. Delivery was quick and packaging was great. Best of all, no assembly - just pulled them out of the box! Overall a good buy. |

1 Star For: Price, I bought both chairs for $35 and got free shipping.
1 Star For: Looks, nice even color, symmetrical, and beautiful rush seat.
1 Star For: Expedient Service.
-2 Stars For: Excessive Wobbling. Don't let you kids or heavy persons sit on this chair, since it wobbles. And it doesn't wobble because of uneven legs or that sort, it's poor construction at the seat itself. The square seat is joined to the legs in such a way that you should be wary about moving about when sitting on the chair for fear of cracking the seat away from the legs. I haven't used these chairs much at all, so they're OK right now, but I wouldn't trust them to last all that long with heavier use. But you get what you pay for, right? |
